The Bachelor in Tourism Product Marketing (CP) at ESETH is a qualification registered with the RNCP at Level 6. Over three years, it trains versatile professionals capable of mastering both commercial management techniques and the specificities of the tourism sector.

This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of professionals in tourism or accommodation establishments, who are seeking creative, passionate, curious and motivated collaborators.

The ESETH Bachelor in CP enables you to become highly operational from your first professional experience or to continue your studies in a Bac+4/5 cycle. Courses, conferences, masterclasses and business games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their respective fields.

This Bachelor’s degree is professionally oriented and therefore leads directly to employment. You also have the opportunity to enrol in the first year of a Master’s degree programme.

Programme objectives

The Bachelor in Tourism Product Marketing (CP) at ESETH is a state-recognised qualification at Level 6 that aims to achieve the following objectives:

  • Develop the ability to identify customer needs, manage client databases, and build loyalty in a highly competitive environment

  • Master the sales cycles specific to services (intangibles) and be able to negotiate contracts with suppliers (hotels, transport providers, receptive agencies)

  • Understand the different distribution channels (physical agencies, tour operators, online booking platforms – OTAs) and master the tools and strategies of e-tourism

  • Define and strengthen the brand image of a destination, agency or tourism product

  • Master online marketing (SEO, SEA, content management, email marketing), essential for attracting clients and managing online reputation

  • Understand how to design and communicate the customer experience (before, during and after travel) to create strong perceived value

  • Understand the challenges of sustainable development and be able to design responsible tourism offerings that meet the growing demand for ethical tourism that respects the environment and local communities

Prerequisites

ENTRY LEVEL(S)

Baccalaureate and Bac+2

Prerequisites: The Bachelor in Tourism Product Marketing at ESETH is open to holders of a baccalaureate qualification and, for entry into the third year, to holders of a BTS or any other Level 5 qualification.

Admission is based on the review of the application file and may include an interview.

Duration

DURATION OF STUDIES:

  • 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
  • Work-study programme available from the third year onwards

Admission Procedures and Deadlines

Access deadlines

  • Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
  • Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.

Modalities

Access to our programmes may be initiated:

  • By the employer,
  • At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
  • By a student or their legal guardian
  • Work-study is available from the third year onwards

Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.

If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company

Funding

  • The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
  • The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
  • Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
  • Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
  • You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Validation of Competency Blocks:

  • Block 1: Coordinate and Improve the Commercial Activity of the Retail Establishment

  • Block 2: Contribute to the Strategic Directions of the Brand and Optimise the Economic Performance of the Retail Establishment

  • Block 3: Manage the Employees of the Retail Establishment
