The ESETH Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (EBD) is a Level 7 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to train value creators and leaders over two years, capable of driving growth in existing organisations or launching new ventures.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers responsible for promoting entrepreneurship, seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.

Programme objectives
The ESETH Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (EBD) is a state-recognised Level 7 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Acquire the tools and methods to transform an idea into a viable business model (Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)
- Identify untapped market opportunities and design truly innovative product or service offerings
- Master Business Development (BizDev) techniques to identify new partners, markets, or customer segments with high growth potential
- Prepare a comprehensive and persuasive Business Plan, including market studies, financing strategy, and operational planning
- Understand fundraising mechanisms, investment tools (Venture Capital, Growth Capital), and optimise the financial performance of a new entity
- Comprehend the challenges and strategies required to scale a business internationally
- Understand the ethical, legal, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) considerations in business development
Prerequisites
ENTRY REQUIREMENT LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The ESETH Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Business Development (EBD) at ESETH is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification, and for entry into the 2nd year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master’s Year 1 or obtained an exemption from the certifying body.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.
Teaching Methods and Assessment
Assessment Methods: Case studies and/or tests and/or essays and/or text analyses and/or multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and/or oral assessments and/or research projects / Continuous assessment / Work-study and competency evaluation (written + oral) / Thesis defence / Professional evaluation in the company
Programme Summary Documents: Course materials (PDF, and/or Word, and/or PPT formats), case studies and/or audio and video resources, and any exercises to be completed during the programme
Funding
- The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Validation of skills blocks:
- Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
- Block 2: Design a digital project using UX Design methodology adapted to AI
- Block 3: Execute a digital project using agile methodology, preparing functional specifications and technical requirements
- Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
- Block 5: Conduct studies and draft reports in competitive intelligence and business strategy
