The ESETH Master’s in Event Project Management (EPM) is a Level 7 qualification listed on the RNCP, designed to train senior professionals over two years to design, plan, organise, market, and manage events of all sizes (seminars, conferences, weddings, product launches) within or in connection with hospitality and catering establishments.
This programme is ideally suited to Managers responsible for Event Project Management within hotels and catering structures, seeking creative, passionate, curious, and motivated collaborators.
The ESETH Master’s in EPM enables students to be highly operational from their first professional experience. Courses, lectures, Masterclasses, and Business Games are delivered by professionals who are experts in their fields.

Programme objectives
The ESETH Master’s in Event Project Management (EPM) is a state-recognised Level 7 qualification aimed at achieving the following objectives:
- Master the entire lifecycle of an event project, from the initial idea to post-event evaluation
- Coordinate multiple service providers and manage complex logistics for large-scale events
- Understand the legal framework, safety standards, and insurance and risk management procedures specific to the events sector
- Manage and lead temporary, multidisciplinary project teams composed of internal staff and external providers
- Anticipate the specific needs of event clients and ensure service excellence to secure client loyalty and acquire new contracts through recommendations
- Determine cost structures, set pricing policies, and use event management control tools to ensure maximum profitability
- Develop targeted marketing strategies to position the establishment as a preferred venue for professional and private events
- Market and optimise the use of the establishment’s various spaces by applying Revenue Management principles to event capacities
Prerequisites
ENTRY REQUIREMENT LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The ESETH Master’s in Event Project Management (EPM) is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification, and for entry into the 2nd year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master’s Year 1 or obtained an exemption from the certifying body.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Funding
- The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.

Validation of skills blocks:
- Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
- Block 2: Design a digital project using UX Design methodology adapted to AI
- Block 3: Execute a digital project using agile methodology, preparing functional specifications and technical requirements
- Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with AI support
- Block 5: Conduct studies and draft reports in competitive intelligence and business strategy
