The Master’s in Hospitality Establishment Management (MH) at ESETH is a qualification registered with the RNCP, Level 7, which trains, over two years, senior executives and managers capable of assuming overall responsibility (strategic, financial, and operational) for a wide range of accommodation establishments, from independent boutique hotels to international chains.
This programme is perfectly suited to the needs of managers responsible for hospitality establishments, who are seeking collaborators that are creative, passionate, curious, and motivated.

Programme objectives
The Master’s in Hospitality Establishment Management (MH) at ESETH is a state-recognised Level 7 qualification designed to achieve the following objectives:
- Train students in designing business plans and long-term development strategies for hospitality establishments, taking into account their market positioning.
- Develop leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. Master intercultural management techniques and talent management.
- Prepare students to manage transformation projects and handle crises.
- Master financial analysis specific to the hospitality sector and cost control.
- Understand investment, financing, and valuation mechanisms for hospitality real estate assets.
- Acquire advanced expertise in dynamic pricing, distribution channel management, and overall revenue optimisation.
- Manage online reputation proactively, analyse customer feedback, and design optimised customer journeys to enhance loyalty.
- Master the integration and use of hotel management systems, CRM tools, and Business Intelligence platforms for decision-making support.
- Master service quality standards across all departments and implement performance indicators and procedures to ensure excellence.
Prerequisites
ENTRY REQUIREMENT LEVEL(S)
Bachelor’s degree / Licence and Bac+4
Prerequisites: The Master’s in Hospitality Establishment Management (MH) at ESETH is open to holders of a Licence/Bachelor’s degree or any other Level 6 qualification, and for entry into the 2nd year of the Master’s programme, to candidates who have validated a Master’s Year 1 or obtained an exemption from the certifying body.
Admission is based on application review and, where applicable, an interview.
Duration
DURATION OF STUDIES:
- 3 years for students holding a Baccalaureate or an equivalent qualification
- Work-study programme available from the third year onwards
Admission Procedures and Deadlines
Access deadlines
- Applications for the September 2025 intake are open from 1 March to 20 September 2025.
- Applications for the deferred January 2026 intake remain open until 18 December.
Modalities
Access to our programmes may be initiated:
- By the employer,
- At the employee’s initiative, with their employer’s agreement,
- By a student or their legal guardian
- Work-study is available from the third year onwards
Upon completion of the application form, our institution undertakes to respond within 72 hours.
If the programme requires specific prerequisites, we will propose, regardless of the funding method you are considering, a knowledge assessment and/or a positioning interview (by telephone or videoconference) and/or a review of your application file.

Funding
- The work-study contract: the company covers the tuition fees on behalf of the student.
- The Individual Training Leave (CIF).
- Individual Training Support (AIF), if you are a job seeker.
- Personal funding through a student job or a bank loan.
- You have the option to pay your tuition fees in several instalments.

AXIS 2: CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Validation of competence blocks:
- Block 1: Create and develop a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
- Block 2: Design a digital project following a UX Design approach adapted to AI
- Block 3: Execute a digital project using agile methodology, drafting its functional specifications and technical requirements
- Block 4: Develop an e-marketing and communication strategy for a digital entrepreneurship project with the support of AI
- Block 5: Conduct studies and produce reports in business intelligence and corporate strategy
